UKAS ACCREDITATION FOR BS EN ISO 17892-4:2016 – PARTICLE SIZE DISTRIBUTION

Geolabs Limited is the first laboratory in the UK to have been granted UKAS accreditation for BS EN ISO 17892-4:2016 – Particle Size Distribution.

BS EN ISO 17892-4:2016, published in December 2016, replaces all particle size distribution methods within the now withdrawn Clause 9 of BS 1377-2:1990. The introduction of this new standard is part of the ongoing programme of revision and replacement of Parts of the BS 1377:1990 series, set to continue into 2018.

The addition of BS EN ISO 17892-4:2016 to Geolabs Limited’s schedule of UKAS accredited tests, which already includes other published standards within the new BS EN ISO 17892 series, further reinforces of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and technical excellence.
