ISFOG 2015

Geolabs’ John Powell and Chris Wallace have recently jointly co-authored with NGI and Dong Energy a paper to be presented at ISFOG 2015 (3rd International Symposium on Frontiers in Offshore Geotechnics) in Oslo in June 2015. The paper presents the initial results from a joint study on the problems of determining the minimum and maximum dry density of sands, and the wide variations in results that can be obtained when using different International and National standards and ‘in-house’ techniques.
